Saffron Screen are Burning with Prizes

Prizes, prizes, Saffron Screen are burning with prizes at their screening of critically acclaimed Korean film, BURNING on Monday 4th March at 7.30pm.

The film was awarded five stars by The Guardian, and said  “Sex, envy and pyromania make for a riveting mystery in Lee Chang-dong’s masterfully crafted Murakami adaptation”

All audience members at the screening will be entered into a raffle to win an exciting pack of prizes, kindly donated by distributors Thunderbird Releasing, which includes:

  • A copy of The Elephant Vanishes, a collection of short stories by Haruki Murakami featuring Barn Burning, the story on which the film is based.
  • A download of the haunting original soundtrack to Burning, music by Mowg.
  • A poster of the film adaptation of Murikami’s Norwegian Wood signed by Jonny Greenwood
