Join us at Saffron Screen for our dedicated Dementia-Friendly screening—a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the magic of the big screen in a relaxed, safe, and supportive environment.

We warmly welcome individuals living with dementia, alongside their families, friends, and carers. To ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience for everyone, we make a few gentle adjustments to our standard screenings:

• Time to Socialise: Doors open a full hour before the film starts. Tickets are just £5 and include a free hot drink and biscuits, giving you plenty of time to chat, relax, and settle into the space before the movie begins.

• Relaxed Environment: The cinema lights will remain on a low level throughout the film, and the sound will be set to a lower, consistent volume.

• No Rushing: There are absolutely no trailers or adverts before the film starts.

• Mid-Film Break: We include a 15-minute interval halfway through the movie to stretch your legs or use the facilities.

• Freedom of Movement: Noise and movement are completely natural and welcomed here—please feel free to express yourself!
